Registration Information: 2023 ITNS Annual Symposium

Virtual registration is open until October 10, 11:59 PM CDT.   

Registration for the in person and virtual symposium will include access to educational sessions, posters, exhibits (in person), and CE/CEPTC opportunities until Monday, January 15, 2024. All times listed below are in Central Daylight Time (CDT).

Please note each attendee must complete their own registration using the forms below. Current registrants cannot register another colleague. 

Preconference Registration

Requires the associated fees listed below in addition to full/single-day conference registration. (All rates are listed in USD [U.S. Dollars]).

Register for Preconferences on either the in-person or virtual registration forms. 

Full Conference Registration

In-Person Registration includes: 

Access to all Annual Symposium educational sessions, posters, CE/CEPTC for the sessions you attend, and entry into the onsite Exhibit Hall. Pricing includes all on-demand educational sessions and posters. You will have access to all recorded educational sessions and e-posters until Monday, January 15, 2024.

Registration Fees: In Person

In-Person One Day Rates:

Conference Cancellation Policy for in-person registration: All cancellation requests must be made in writing. A $100 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations postmarked on or before September 25, 2023. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations postmarked after that date. ITNS reserves the right to make necessary Annual Symposium educational session adjustments at its sole discretion. If ITNS must cancel the entire symposium, registrants will receive a full refund for their paid registration fee.

Virtual Conference Registration

Virtual Registration includes: Access to all Annual Symposium, educational sessions, posters, and CE/CEPTC for the sessions you attend. Pricing includes on-demand educational sessions and posters 90 days after the meeting. Please note that only one session will be available during the live in person meeting, and the other sessions will be added within a few weeks after the meeting. You will also have access to all recorded educational sessions and e-posters until Monday, January 15, 2024. 

Virtual Registration (Full Conference, no single day rates available): 

Virtual Conference Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be made in writing. A $100 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations postmarked on or before September 25, 2023. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations postmarked after that date. If you experience any technical issues during the live event, please contact the ITNS Member Services team at info@itns.org or (847) 375-6340. ITNS reserves the right to make necessary Annual Symposium educational session adjustments at its sole discretion. If ITNS must cancel the entire meeting, registrants will receive a full refund for their paid registration fee.
